How to get cargo Entry Pass at IGI airport

Dear friends if you are custom agent /freight Forwarders/brokers /and Consul agent and you are going to IGI Cargo Terminal you might follow some steps:

If you are going to Cargo Terminal of Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport for collecting delivery order, clear shipments, handover documents, meetings or any other work you must have an entry card. Airport authority will provide you the temporary entry pass from DIAL Pass Section which is located at Gate No 3 and 4.

But if your company doing regular shipments from airport and you are custom clearance agent it is compulsory to have permanent entry pass of cargo.

For making permanent Entry pass of cargo you must have to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Form for permanent Entry Pass (Click here to get online)


2. Your photo


3. Police verification


4. Valid Id and Address proof


5. Write an official request letter (this should be written in company letter head) with sign.


6. Company's DIAL registration copy for console agent and Custom  registration copy for custom house agent.

After downloading the form, fill your details and sign all documents carefully and make sure that you must carry your original documents when submitting your application,

Pass Section employ will cheek your documents and if everything is ok 👌 Deposit fee amount of RS. 58. He/she will give you receipt of payment and right after 15 to 20 days your pass will be ready. It can be collected from DIAL office.

*NOTE: You must have your payment receipt for collect your Entry Pass.
