Vodafone launches offer targeting Jio’s plan

 



As Jio has been gaining to much attention from the audiences over its smart packages, Vodafone has launched own package making a smarter way to grab the more costumers.

According to the Telecom, it is offering 1GB data (3G/4G) per day for Rs 349 whereas Jio is proving the plan at Rs 399 to address the needs of customers and to increase the company’s overall blended average revenue per user (ARPU). “If you recharge your Vodafone SIM for Rs 349, you will get 1 GB 3G/4G data per day,” company said.

However, the offer is valid only for prepaid customers. “The pack also offers unlimited mobile calls but when one calls a landline number, he will be charged,” said a Vodafone customer care official.

Company said that this is a limited period offer for all handsets. The pack is valid for 28 days for prepaid customers. The access fee charged on the recharge is Rs. 295.76 while Rs. 53.24 is the GST (Goods and Services Tax).
